I came on the advise of the other review, and started off with a lady I was not happy with....she was so rough and kept tugging at my hair and then my hair kept getting stuck in her round brush....

really bad didn't wash hair to cut it. instead she started straightening it. apart from that the cuts were uneven and choppy. never go there.
