Avoid at all costs. Requires an entire months rent before they even let you see a lease. If you don't sign they keep your money. They charge for work their own people say isn't necessary.

After eight years at the same place. Always pay on time. Maybe four service requests in that time and I get "60 days to vacate" notice. Would have appreciated a little more time.
