What a Joke!! GAP Insurance They constantly give you the run around. They DO NOT communicate with you if there is an issue or if they need anything else. You basically have to wait and see. But...

Don't buy this service. The company is a scam. They are very pushy selling it when you buy the car but then don't honor any claims.

A terrible company to deal with. They won't provide anything but frustration and excuses. Stay away from the pre-paid maintenance with the tire rotations contract. They tell you any Kia dealer...
