Most of our business is repeat, and by recommendation of former clients.We remain in constant contact with the client throughout the design process and beyond. Our services include inspections and reports on construction progress, and the writing of project specifications.Engineering projects range from custom homes, to larger and more diverse projects such as hotels, apartment complexes, public housing complexes, swimming pools, recreational facilities, parks, schools, industrial facilities, libraries, civic/convention centers, medical facilities, military facilities, restaurants, shopping malls, auto dealership showrooms/shops, banking, office complexes, museums, and frequently historic structures.The firm provides detailed lighting designs with calculations for churches, automobile dealer showrooms and sales lots, shopping centers, college and mall parking lots as well as building features such as signs, steeples and roofs.We are very fortunate to be located in Savannah where renovation of historic structures present a unique and challenging opportunity to bring the past into the present without destroying the character of the structure.We have had the privilege to do work for The Telfair Academy, The Georgia Historic Society, The Lucas Theater and many other commercial projects as well as several private homes in the Historic District.
