The Rolling Reuben's Food Truck concept is taking the popular downtown Atlanta restaurant Reuben's Deli to the streets. Sandwiches are meticulously put together using fresh baked bread, fresh vegetables and sliced deli meats. I had the New Yorker today- it was nothing like what the photo would lead you to expect. There was ONE slice of cold pastrami, ONE slice of cold corned beef, and one slice of un-melted cheese......
