Maintenance could be a little faster when we had issues. Thermostat had many problems and can't go below 68 degrees even in the summer when it's hot or pipes freeze.

River Pointe apartments management sucks, we have been out of work for about 2 1/2 weeks due to this Coronavirus pandemic and they still expect us to pay rent by the fourth without payment plans ....
