I've been to this shop numerous times in the last 6 months and had nothing but great service. I only get gel nails done, can't speak for any other services they offer. Maybe once I wasn't happy...

Service was absolutely horrendous... they did my pedicure in ten minutes and when I stated the polish looks clumpy, I was ignored and the technician continues to tap on my leg to calm me down...

The shop is located in the Kroger shopping center, so there's plenty of parking. It appears to be clean and they use the liners for the pedicure baths. I'm not sure how they sanitize their tools....
