With a membership footprint spanning from Texas to Maryland, SLMA serves 90 member companies operating over 130 locations, employing over 13,000 people and managing more than 2 million acres of timberland. SLMA's mission is to maintain and enhance the lumber industry as a whole, fostering collaboration among its members to achieve common goals. The Shoals Home Builders Association (SHBA) is a professional organization founded in 1965 that serves builders and businesses associated with the building industry in the Shoals area.
