Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!!! To start... I call at 9:16am no one answers... I call back at 9:20am they pick up and hang up... call back same thing... and since you can't speak to any branch...

Avoid this Regions branch AT ALL COSTS. I went to the ATM machine to deposit a check. I was able to put my card in, state that I wanted to make a deposit, and put my check in. Then nothing...

This location is horrid ! The ATM rarely works, there is no drive thru, and the lines inside are usually a 15-30 minute wait since only 1-2 tellers are working.

Not a truly free chackeng account to be had, you eather have to pay $5 a minth or more or use you debit card 10times a month AND spend $100 or more. Will look other places for a truly free account!
