Rebecca Chaffee, PA

Rebecca Chaffee, PA-C, earned her medical degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. She received her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science from The University of Alabama. Rebecca has 3 years of cardiology experience as a provider. She is board certified with the NCCPA. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and fiancé, exercising, and watching Alabama football. She is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.

Michael Williams, MD earned his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and completed his residency at Grady Memorial Hospital with Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA. He received his undergraduate degree in Neuroscience and Economics from Brown University and is board certified in General Surgery. Dr. Williams has been practicing medicine for 8 years. Prior to joining Piedmont, Dr. Williams was an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Texas RGV. Dr. Williams specializes in General Surgery. His special interests include robotic general surgery and colorectal surgery. In his spare time, Dr. Williams enjoys spending time with his family and boating on Lake Oconee. He is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.

Holli Newton, PA-C, earned her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant from South University in 2003 and completed a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Nebraska University Medical Center in 2004. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and has been practicing medicine for 20 years. Holli has extensive experience and training in gastroenterology and hepatology. She started her career as a GI PA in Savannah and then worked in liver transplantation at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia and St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Holli most recently worked in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Athens Digestive Healthcare Associates and in Internal Medicine at St. Mary's Internal Medicine Associates. Holli offers management and treatment for numerous GI conditions to include liver disease, reflux, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and hemorrhoids.
