I've been there on more than one occasion with my boys, and both times were a disaster for me!!! I greeted everyone which is the custom. I arrived about 4:30 PM bc I get off late. No one asked me...

1. Clean shop ***** 2. Good location **** 3. No value on time. Making an appointment means nothing. Might as well just do walk in and waste your entire day.
