Ray's is great. We have an Janus Motorcycle that had an idling problem. Because it's an off-brand bike, none of the other shops in Columbus would work on it, but they all recommended Ray's. So...

To sum it all up - untrustworthy. In addition, the owner was unable to assist without losing his temper. Unfortunate as there are so few small engine mechanics in the area.
