absolutely astonished a reputable brand or business can mess up so badly. Exit gate was "offline" for hours on a Sunday so multiple people were literally trapped in the storage facility....

I've used Public Storage for business and personal use for many years. I've never had a problem and recently when I've called with questions or an issue they've had pretty good customer service....

Super easy to rent. Took me less than 10 min to start moving my things into storage. Straight foward and no hidden agenda and fee. Can't beat the price either.
