The experience I had with Pruitt was truly traumatizing. I still think about the horror of losing my mother in these people care. All she wanted was pain management for her stage 4 Uterine cancer....

Rude, stupid staff, run-down facility. Avoid this place! The reviews are true. It's been this way for at least 15 years.

I have been here for almost a year and have seen a 100% turnaround with brand new staff and even residents are more happy with the care we provide and the renovations within the facility.

I hate even leaving 1 star. This place is absolutely horrible. Believe the reviews. They do not take care of your loved ones. Old, run down, small rooms. The list goes on and those were not...
