Fabulous, once you're inside! Super clean and fresh. Wonderful owner who is also a professional trainer. very friendly place to get great training or classes (I like yoga but there are other types)

Working out at a women only gym is fantastic! Very welcoming, helpful atmosphere. Their equipment is top of the line (prior comments are very dated) and the owner is always adding new challenges....

I like working out with guys around, but this all women's gym is a special place. I've only taken yoga classes here with Tre and Paula, and the welcoming, noncompetitive vibe is one of acceptance...
