Update! Previously I must've gone on some off day or fluke so I only gave 1 star. Since then I've been back twice, greeted with awesome customer service, and rec'd great chicken pretty dang quick....

They need management training for that location too many employees sitting around not working while customers are waiting for orders. Management Training is what is needed.

The friendly service dosent exsist any more where is the manager Terry at. Guest customer service left with him. Heard they moved him such ashame at least he had control and very nice
