Mary Ann Scraper, PA-C, specializes in Neurosurgery. Her special interests include Vascular Neurosurgery (Aneurysms) and Brain Tumors. Mary Ann has worked with Dr. Cargill Alleyne for more than 18 years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, walking her dog and singing.

Dr. Hanling specializes in Pain Management. His special interests include Acute and Chronic Neck Pain, Musculoskeletal Pain, and Cancer pain. Dr. Hanling offers treatment for conditions such as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and Neuropathic Pain. Dr. Hanling served in the U.S. Navy and is board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management. Dr. Hanling specializes in the Intracept procedure. In his spare time, Dr. Hanling enjoys mountain biking, fishing and outdoor cooking.

Physician Assistant Jamie Mitchell works with Dr. Aaron Sanders to provide chronic pain management care. He treats conditions such as chronic back, neck, extremity and joint pains and strives to offer the best care and compassion to patients. Jamie has been board certified through NCCPA since 2016. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, he spent nearly10 years as a radiologic tech specializing in interventional radiology. In his spare time, Jamie enjoys family, vacationing, art, literature, music, cooking, darts and fishing.
