Property is nice, but management is terrible. The place used to be managed by Davis and Assoc., which was great. Now it's Habersham Properties. Don't expect to have maintenance requests...

Dirty place and the dog tenants as well. I think nobody clean or at least blow the leaves , always a pile of trash are placing in all the complex, the smell is terrible. The tenants from this...
