PHC specializes in medically directed weight loss and weight maintenance for Men, Women and Students (ages 7 thru college). Programs are designed for each client based on age, current weight & goal weight, health, lifestyle, family history and medical history. The one on one approach we take is what makes the program so successful. We work with two Board Certified physicians, do complete labwork, and show clients how to change their lives with diet and physical activity. We start where the client is and make changes and modifications as we go. New Programs: Easy 10 Programs for fast, simple weight loss, New Weight Loss Boot Camps. These smaller groups are perfect for those who do not want the big gyms. We combine group exercise, bootcamp menus, and tons of inspiration. New Lipo Lean injections. At PHC we are able to work with clients with medical issues, Hypertension, High Lipids, Heart issues, Diabetes, as well as other issues. (with ok from client's private physician)
