I was referred to Dr. Shatz by my dentist. I didn't have any issues with his practice but his staff had such poor knowledge in insurance and customer service that I had to put in a lot of time...

Same issues as other reviewers. Dr. Shatz is competent, but he staff is brain dead. No customer service, don't get medications correct,can't take medical history correct, etc. wasted my time....
