Made an appointment online and tried to speak with representatives but they actually lock the doors at 5-6pm and will refuse to open them to speak with you. NOT 7pm. They do not answer the phone...

I have taken an appointment for change oil by 12:0M and when I went to the store the service man tell me I have to wait 3 hours to complete the service not only but with a bad attitude while there...

What is the point of having an appointment system if you cannot stick to that system or even come close. If you don't have the staff to do the work, then block you books. I'm never coming back

Had an appointment at noon, didn't get the notification saying my truck was ready until almost 6 hours later. Brought an air filter for them to replace and they charged me $19.99 plus a $5.99 shop...
