Wonderful Dr. I was having so much pain with my lower back and about let a Dr burn the nerves in my back! Which would have to be done over and over , I was told it would be painful as they doing...

Dr Penney is very nice and professional. I suffer with frequent neck pain. His adjustment helped my neck pain immediately. I will definitely be back to see Dr Penney.
