HistoryIt began in 2011 when Reese Hoffa sought to fill a need for a training space built completely around developing himself as a thrower. The then two-time Olympian knew that to continue competing to the highest possible standard he needed to make a change to his training. He sought out Corey Davis, a trainer finishing his Masters degree in Kinesiology and the two of them started a gym that could house everything Reese and Corey thought throwers needed. It evolved heavily over the next five years as their understanding of exactly what a facility built around producing long throws would look like. It is not a gym built for baseball players and modified for throwing, it is not an indoor football field with an indoor throwing ring constructed in a corner. The Hoffa Throws Academy at Core Blend Training was built from the ground up to be the best throws training center in the world by three-time Olympian and two-time World Champion Reese Hoffa and that is exactly what it has become.SpecialtiesHoffa Throws specializes in olympic-level throws training. With focus on proper form and training to produce the most explosive and powerful throws, clients see their throws skills elevating to the next level.
