Pavilion Med-Stop

Got seen quickly as a walk in. Didn't wait long for test results and got my prescription. All the ladies here were so sweet and helpful. They accept Veterans healthcare in network.

Do not recommend Dr Juan Velazquez as he is unresponsive and completely ignores patients while charging for care that he never provided.

This is the 2nd time that I have personally visited the Med Stop at the Pavillion. Though it was for my son time, the Patient Access folks were quick and courteous, the Phlebotomist, Clinical...

So slow, still waiting.....been here for 2.5 hours.....opened at 8am, I checked in at 8:20...There is NO way this place can be that busy after 20 mins of opening the door for me to have to wait...

Waited forever, as usual for the Med Stop. The doctor said my wife needed an MRI and then refused to order it. Fucking bullshit. Then they charged her 2X our CoPay because it was "Urgent Care."...
