The Roads and Bridges department is a division of the Forsyth County Engineering Department in Georgia. It is responsible for the repair and maintenance of existing county roads and rights-of-way with the help of activities, equipment and work force. The department focuses on pothole patching, milling, mowing, and tree trimming, removal and chipping services. The Roads and Bridges department also offers services for the preparation oversight of calcium chloride application to gravel roads and repair and maintenance of drainage ditch and stormwater structures, as well as hydro seeding.
