Paul Karagiannis, M.D. obtained his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University, graduating with Honors. After receiving his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Dr. Karagiannis completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Karagiannis then completed his training with a fellowship in Cardiology at the Methodist Hospital in Houston. Dr. Karagiannis is a board-eligible Cardiologist with an interest in Cardiac Imaging and specialized training in adult transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and CT coronary angiography. His philosophy of practice is centered on the importance of listening, shared decision-making and preventative health. When he is not taking care of patients, Dr. Karagiannis enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, cycling and spending time outdoors and on the water. Dr. Karagiannis is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.

Dr. Mitchell, originally from Newnan, is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and its subspecialty board of Cardiovascular Disease. Clinical interest in cardiac imaging has led to his board certification in nuclear cardiology and echocardiography, as well as training in cardiac CT. He is also skilled in the performance of diagnostic heart catheterization, permanent pacemaker insertion and transesophageal echocardiograms. Dr. Mitchell is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology and member of the American College of Physicians.
