Paul Cundey, III, MD

Erin Cooper is a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of South Carolina. She treats a variety of Cardiovascular diseases to include Coronary Artery Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, Valve Disease, Atrial Fibrillation, Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia. Erin was born and raised in North Augusta, South Carolina. She is married with two children and enjoys caring for her local community.

Joash Harcey, PA-C, specializes in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology. He is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant and a Board-Certified Athletic Trainer. Originally from Michigan, Joash joined Piedmont Heart in 2020 and offers treatment for and management of Cardiac Arrythmias (Atrial Fibrillation, Atrial Flutter, SVT) and conditions requiring pacemakers and defibrillators. In his spare time, Joash enjoys time with family, personal fitness and investing in the lives of youth at his church.

Dr. Wangsnes is a Cardiologist with more than 30 years of experience treating patients. Dr. Wangsnes is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology. He specializes in Invasive Interventional Cardiology, TAVR and Echocardiography. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar, weight training, martial arts and studying history.
