Sad, when I walked in the vibes in this store brought me down. The customer service was terrible. I sat at the inscribe table for 15 min looking for the banner I wanted just to find out the banner...

They don't have the right store hours posted . 6-7 cars waiting now in the parking lot please update your hours so ppl don't waste money nd time on uber when its a special occasion.

Very rude on the phone.. un knowledgeable about the inventory and that extremely long hold time on the phone
