History
We are a brand new start-up, looking to provide a new way for Jiu Jitsu athletes to develop their craft. We also offer free self-defense classes; we wish to grow awareness for the sport.
Specialties
Park & Roll offers a whole new edge to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training. Park & Roll brings the grappling community together to refine their practice in an outdoor, public space, unbounded by gym affiliations. For those who might be unfamiliar with the sport, Park & Roll also provides free, introductory self-defense classes and dynamic stretching classes, running from 10 am to 1 pm. The event unfolds at the center of the Grant Park Farmer's Market every Sunday.
