Going steadily downhill. Service is excuse-laden hours are unpredictable. It's a plague across all fast food places, but I expected better from Panera. Sad

Customer service is poor, by far the slowest place I've ever been to order a to go salad. Waited 30 mins to get my order and there was one person ahead of me. I highly doubt I will come back.
