Pace Academy

Established in 1958, Pace Academy is a college preparatory school, offering education to more than 900 students in grades one through 12. The school has average class size of 15 students and the student teachers ratio is 9-to-1. The school provides advanced placement programs in various subjects, including English, modern European history, comparative politics, art history, environmental science, physics and statistics. Pace Academy s foreign language classes include French, Spanish and Latin. Additionally, the school offers classes in biology, environmental science, music theory, studio art and computer science. It has a media center library with collection of more than 18,000 print and nonprint materials and an electronic database. The schools list of clubs include drama, debate and outdoor.
