Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery requires up to six ( 6 ) additional years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training following Dental School. As Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, we manage a wide variety of problems relating to the Mouth, Teeth and Facial Regions. Dr. Robert E. Ellis, Dr. Jess A. Gardner and Dr. Sandeep V. Pathak practice a full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeries with expertise ranging from Cosmetic Facial Surgery to Corrective Jaw Surgery ( Orthognathic Surgery ), Wisdom Teeth Removal They also diagnose and treat Facial Pain, Facial Injuries and TMJ disorders and perform full range of Dental Implant procedures, including various types of bone and soft tissue grafting. Oral and Facial Surgery Associates' surgical staff members are trained in assisting with General Anesthesia and IV Sedation within our state of the art office setting. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery. General Anesthesia is offered within our facility by a licensed Anesthesiologist. For more lengthy and complicated cases we have several trained nurses on staff to assist with surgeries, and patient care. All of our patients are treated with the utmost care and compassion. While complying with all OSHA and HIPAA regulations, our physicians provide exemplary medical care to patients by establishing office standards that exceed those set by regulating and credentialing authorities. Our administrative staff is well trained in Medical Dental Health Insurance policies and all staff is CPR certified yearly. All have many years of experience in various health care fields both medical and dental.
