History

Olive Bistro is a chef driven, locally owned business. We are not a franchise . Chef uses family recipes and sources local produce and uses the best imported ingredients that will offer a value to his customers. Serving Mediterranean food specializing in Middle Eastern. Our food is spiced as my Mother does so we do use garlic, herbs, extra virgin olive oil and spices. Portions are ample and are representative of a true Mediterranean diet with veggies and grains served with your lamb and chicken platters. Our hummus is made in small batches and is traditional middle eastern hummus. No preservatives are used in the freshly made hummus, baba, tabbouleh, tapenade, dolmas, eggplant,falafel and our housemade dressing. Our falafel is made from scratch and there are no fillers or bread crumbs . Falafel is gluten free and we are adding gluten free options. Serving international wine and beer as well as locally brewed Sweetwater . Lunch and dinner .
