Apparently text billing is the new thing and you're to blame if you don't receive the text! You're going to collections because you no longer get a paper bill.

They only bill you get is via text. If you're expecting a bill via paper- forget it. When you don't pay, they send to a collection agency. They get a chunk of money. It sounds like a scam to me....
