Don't ever expect to have a call returned. Expect to be treated by reception like you are a hostile enemy. Go somewhere. Else! It will be less painful.

Doctors and P.A.'s are excellent but administrative staff is the worst I have ever experienced. No customer service mentality or skills. They demonstrate no concern for the patient.
