Good, old-fashioned Southern food served cafeteria style. Love their veggies and good fried Chicken. Reasonably priced with the friendliest servers!

History
Ms. Jean (mom) opened Ms. Jean's Restaurant in Springfield in the early 90's and closed in 1999. We reopened it in Rincon on March 13, 2013. Ms. Jean loved to cook and see people enjoying the food she prepared. Her home and table was always open to family, friends and the new family at Sunday Church Service. Mom passed away March of 2015 but we still use her recipes and carry on her legacy. All are welcome at our table.

Reviews
This New Yorker was very surprised and satisfied. Large portions, good prices, and friendly service.
Great food and friendly service! We were looking for a place that attracts the locals, and Ms Jeans seemed to do just that. They had a very friendly atmosphere, and the food was delicious.
I have been here several times and have always come away totally unimpressed by the food quality. It is no more than industrial-grade cafeteria food. Nothing home-made or "down home" about it.
A very pleasant environment. Good food. A staple in our area, would highly recommend because it is good and a small business that we are proud to have in our area. God Bless!
