History

I began my telemental health private practice in 2018. I started full-time private practice counseling in 2019. I currently work full-time through BetterHelp, and part-time through my virtual practice.

Specialties

With 21 years of experience, I have a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling and a Master of Divinity degree that I obtained from a seminary in 2000. Since then, I have either counseled individuals (children, teens, and adults), couples, and families in the home or an office. My most recent counseling experience before this was counseling male inmates in a maximum-security prison. I have a passion for helping others and a passion for providing a non-judgmental and accepting place to receive psychotherapy. I am trained and experienced in delivering Judeo-Christian faith-based counseling. I am also affirming of the LGBTQ population and have had the pleasure of working with that population in the past. It is my firm conviction that God welcomes us all to come to Him.
