Is it normally if I received medicine from the pharmacy that was already open. The seal was open in both medication bottles.

Bf came here to get treated for a cold that lasted more than 2 weeks. Was prescribed the wrong medication. Medication was for allergies. Might as well just got to an actually clinic with doctors.
