In my opinion, if you don't have an airtight case, you might as well check somewhere else. The answer I got was ridiculous. (If you can get in a door, you should be able to get out).

Phone is answered by an individual but quickly sent to voice-mail. Returned calls slow and no personal attention. Never met case worker or attorney handling my case. Only had 8 conversations...
