Established in 1925, Goodwill Industries of North Georgia is a nonprofit agency that offers facilities management and janitorial services. It provides maintenance services for more than 4 million square feet of building space each day. The agency provides employment services to people with physical, emotional and developmental disabilities and limited job skills. It works in partnership with Goodwill of North Georgia, which provides job training and employment services. Goodwill Industries of North Georgia offers stripping, refinishing, lawn care, pruning, flower bed maintenance and lighting repair services. It has achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification. The agency is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association, Building Service Contractors Association International, Cleaning Management Institute, and International Facility Management Association.
