Seller charged me twice for one item. Claims to have cancelled item in messages but did not, and left me charged twice. Two orders with same tracking number, and also shipped to wrong address....

Despite receiving damaged item, supplying several pictures of clear damage, and messages from seller admitting it was damaged, they refused refund. Reviews from others with similar complaints also...
