She graduated with a doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2006 and afterward worked as a dispensing audiologist for a busy Ear Nose and Throat practice. During her tenure working in healthcare, she became extremely proficient in testing hearing and fitting hearing aids. She also recognized where improvements could be made to streamline the process and create a more enjoyable experience for her clients. Jennifer is a licensed audiologist in the state of Georgia, is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is Board Certified in Audiology.
