A medium mocha frappe missing the whole top half...the food is made messy sometimes . Service was quick.

The kiosks don't fully work. I had to wait ten-fifteen mins for an associate to come to the register so I can pay for my food. Even after that debacle, I waited at least another thirty minutes....

I think curbside is better service than grabbing to go. Employees refused to acknowledge ANY of the customers. My food sat ready + prepped with their order numbers for 5 min before the employee...
