Magnolia Estates of Winder is a family owned and operated, licensed personal care home in Northeast Georgia. We have been providing care for our community for 31 years. We also have six Independent Living Villa located on our campus. We take pride in caring for one of the greatest natural resources, our Senior citizens. The first Magnolia Estates personal care home was opened in 1983 by Betty Rampey in Elberton, GA. The family matriarch and company president, Betty Rampey, wanted to build a community that provided the finest in daily assisted living and personal care for the retired age individual. Over the years, Magnolia Estates has grown from one location to 3 locations - Elberton, Winder, and Oconee.
