Potential renters should avoid Colonial Grand at Hammocks at all costs. We moved from out-of-state in 2022 and had no other option but to rent here and it was a great mistake on all accounts....

You should not consider living here. Over priced and not enough upkeep. If you cannot sign a long term lease, they will gouge you with short term rental that is ridiculous. These are not luxury...
