History
Little Bear started as a pop up restaurant called Eat Me Speak Me, which evolved over the course of six years to a full service brick and mortar restaurant. The restaurant is named after Fernando, Jarrett and Hallie Stieber's great pyrenees, who is often lovingly referred to as 'little bear.' At its core, our restaurant is a casual neighborhood spot trying to break down the traditional barriers associated with upscale cuisine by offering the same quality and attention to detail in a more approachable, affordable and laid back way. We source all of fresh product locally and change out menu constantly to reflect seasonality. The beverage program at Little Bear focused on biodynamic & natural wines, food friendly beer and classic influenced cocktails featuring seasonal produce & our pantry of preserved and fermented ingredients.
