SpecialtiesMy grandmother was the strongest woman I've ever known, so she was my inspiration for starting Warrior Queen B FIT. My passion is empowering women worldwide physically and mentally through personal training, retreats, and community building. My expertise in health and wellness lies beyond just physical transformations -- it encompasses mental rehabilitation. My athletic background has given me the strength to overcome my trauma and depression through fitness, which has driven me to coach other women as they work through their own emotional trauma. It's my priority to help women reach their goals -- no matter the circumstance. The Warrior Queen Tribe is a group where women can feel comfortable and confident while striving to be more and do more for themselves.
