they ruined my daughter's wedding dress by cutting it too short and told my daughter she needs to wear 1 inch heels instead of the 3 in heels she planned to wear AND they refused to give a refund....

Had 4 pairs of pants altered. Nothing special just the length taken up. The hems were uneven and the stitching was not straight. Paid $17 for each pair. Disappointed
