I trusted LA Fitness at Pleasant Hill location to provide kid club service for my son while I have a quick workout before go to work. I paid 2 months in advance for this service. No prior details...

spoke to staff about allowing Homeless to sleep in chair. nothing was said and nothing was done. This is an embarrassment.

The 3rd time is not the charm when it comes to this location. The exterior looks just as big as other locations I've been to but the interior is way smaller, less real estate means fewer machines...
