How is the door opened at this location and they tell you that the dining area is closed? Are they not staffed properly or are the staff personnel choosing not to help customers in the lobby?

Took over an hour from Getting in line to getting food. Do not recommend, several other adjacent fast food places that I saw just cycling whole Rows of people around us.
